Shipping<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    LEGIT currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. We currently\r\n    charge a flat shipping rate unless another option is shown.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Orders are normally prepared for shipment within the processing time stated on our\r\n    website or communicated with your order.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Custom, personalized, pre-order, and made-to-order products may require additional\r\n    time. Any known extended processing time will be stated on the product page or\r\n    communicated before the order is completed.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather,\r\n    carrier delays, remote locations, peak shopping periods, and other circumstances may\r\n    affect delivery.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.\r\n    Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or\r\n    unclaimed package may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>9. Products sent back\r\n    without prior approval may not be accepted.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Items must meet the conditions stated in our return policy. Custom and Personalized Products<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Custom work begins only after the design, estimated price, and applicable deposit or\r\n    payment have been approved.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Because custom products are made or altered for a particular customer, they generally\r\n    cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Colours, materials, and design placement may vary slightly from photographs or\r\n    inspiration images.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Hand-burned artwork is completed freehand and cannot be guaranteed as an exact\r\n    reproduction or exact scale copy of a submitted image.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use any image, name,\r\n    logo, or design submitted for customization.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    We may decline a requested design that is unlawful, discriminatory, hateful,\r\n    infringing, or unsuitable for the product or LEGIT brand.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>13.
