After a trip to the Calgary Stampede, Annah-Clare MacLean wanted to be able to find and share that same comfortable Western style here at home, so with her mom's encouragement she created her own brand!
How it started.
It began with a question.
During a trip to the Calgary Stampede, Annah-Clare loved how people not only wore the clothes but also lived the lifestyle. She wanted more options for real western wear back at home, so with her mom's encouragement, and a lot of support from family, she created her own brand at only 13!
She was determined to find the perfect products that would hold up to barn life and look good everywhere else. Which brings us to the first Legit branded product - the Signature Hoodie. She tested and rejected many options before finding "the one". Tried and proven to hold up to the toughest cowgirl and cowboy chores, it's now a best seller with most customers coming back for more!
Following the same standards for all Legit branded products since, and only sourcing high quality wholesale items from trusted brands like Cowgirl Tuff and Ranch Dress'n, Legit Western Wear is proud to offer more options to Cape Breton and beyond.
